Sunshine!

Okay my post has nothing to do with Sunshine, but isn't sunshine nice? :)

We've started looking at different places in the area, looking to buy a house.  We have had our requirements that make it a little harder to find.  Its hard to look at some places and pass them up because they aren't what we wanted.  But I hold onto a Great God who knows our needs and who answers prayers! We have looked at 3 houses so far. One of them was a really great deal for the size, but everything against what we've wanted.  Hard to turn that one down, but I want to hold out so that God can work His miracle that I am so holding on to. Any way's we are looking at another place tonight, and I am hoping.

My Dakota turned 4 this week.  What a special gal she is! Last fall I offered her an opportunity to get her ears pierced the same time Emma did, she looked at me so seriously and said, "no I'll wait till I turn 4", so on Tuesday we go them done.  She didn't cry, but the second ear, she said it hurt.  I thought she would cry, but she was strong.  They are beautiful, just like her. That evening she asked if she could get a second hole, just like me...hehe, told her we'd have to wait for those.  We celebrated together as a family that evening with hamburgers, corn on the cob, cake and ice cream.  Later this weekend we get together with the whole family to celebrate all the April birthdays.

The other event for Dakota was having her pre-school screening.  She did well once I left her side.  Kind of bothered me that she did better when I wasn't close by, but in some way I felt like she was using her independence, which I guess is what we are striving for.  She did well for her age and I'm proud of her.

Rachelle is 2 and is learning. She has a great smile, and she is learning to share and give, just as her sister's do.  I love that quality in them, not sure when they learned that but it is sweet to see them giving up treats, and sharing with each other.

Sadie is learning to be vocal. When she is not happy, or wants attention.  She also has finally starting to eat.  Not a great eater, but she's starting.  She's getting all 4 top teeth this week, and she's been doing fine. A little fussy during the day, but sleeping just fine through the night.  PTL!

Well Tell you more about our house hunting at a later date.  I like having my computer close to the kitchen so I can update.  Lets hope for NO spillage on the computer!
